Tomas Seyler has won the the German Qualifier played on Saturday at the Hotel Van der Valk in Moers. Tomas "Shorty" Seyler will make his third appearence at the PDC World Darts Championship following a strong final win with 6:1 against Michael Rosenauer.36 Players registered for this event. Only players with the first residence in Germany were allowed to take part in this event and they also must have played at least 30% of the PDC Europe Events or 30% of the German Major League Darts Matches this year.
Seyler was unstoppable this evening. After an 6:1 in the Last 16 against another favorite Jyhan Artut, the current PDC Europe German Champion, he won in style against Jörg Goga and his teammate Johann Honner in the Semi-Final.
After the final Seyler said: "He loves playing twice in the Circus Tavern but it was his dream to play on the biggest stage at this time, and this is the Ally Pally."
